God's miracle in my life

I hope that you are well and had a good night under the protection of the Almighty. When God do a miracle in your life no matter how large or small it may seems, you are obligated to share it with other so they may be bless and encourage through it. So I would like to share a miracle that God have done for me and my family. This past week was Liline’s birthday for those of you who don’t know, Liline is my beautiful wife. Many people have talked to us about the movie War Room and we’ve wanted to go see it for the longest time so we made plans for Sunday to celebrate her special day, looked at the time the movie was playing in the afternoon, early enough so we can get home and get the kids ready for bed and school the next day. We were EXCITED and READY TO GO but we had one major problem “no babysitter.” We thought

of a few people but they themselves were too busy with their life. We had one last hope, a family member who normally stop by our house on Saturday but we said if it’s in God’s will for him to do it, let him stop by our house like he normally does and we’ll ask him and guess what… he didn’t show up. We felt like we ran out of options, AND WHEN YOU RUN OUT OF OPTIONS, THAT’S WHEN GOD INTERVENE IN YOUR SITUATION. Rather than being bitter at God, we went to church on Sunday being thankful to our God, serving and worshipping Him wholeheartedly. After the service, just when the clock was about to strike zero, SOMETHING AMAZING HAPPENED, God sent an Angel to my wife and asked her if she knows someone who is in need of a babysitter. Liline almost fell out of her chair because she quickly realized that it was God who was at work. Full of excitement, Liline quickly called me over and told me what God’s angel had said and I was once again in AWE WITH GOD’S AWESOMENESS and we said “YAAAA, WE NEED SOMEONE!” You may not get it but I’ll say it again, just when the clock was about to strike zero, God said I’m going to show you my glory. The significant thing is that God is always on time, we just have to trust him in the situation.

So we went to the movie and saw War Room.

I know that I may be 3 months and 5 days too late, but I must say that’s the best movie that I have seen in a long long time. We are living at a time (Spirit of the age) when everything is upside down, what was acceptable is now a taboo and what was unacceptable, unimaginable is now the norm. I don’t need to share examples because they are right in front of your eyes from television to work and even school. We are in a war and it “seems” as if the enemy is winning the fight. Christians can’t even go to the movies anymore because movies are no longer made for the Christian audience. It’s an ongoing war and these wars must be won in the war room. What is the “war room” translation go see the movie J. I don’t want to give you not even a snippet of the movie, but I would highly recommend that you see it, especially young couples, young adults and those of you who are thinking about marriage. As a professor, I am naturally a tough grader and on a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give this movie a strong 6 stars with full confidence. Go see it, you won’t be disappointed, rather, I guarantee you that you will learn many things that will help you in your walk with Christ.

Back to my miracle

You may say what a cheesy story about God and it was just a coincidence that someone came and ask about babysitting blah blah blah blah, but I have come to learn that nothing is done by accident, I have come to realize that God is at work in every situation in our life, we simply don’t make room for Him at times. I have learned to look at the glass half full and count my blessings. I even realize that my miracle is also your miracle because I am sharing this with you in which I otherwise wouldn’t have. Therefore, take it for what it’s worth, as for me and my family, it’s worth more than silver and gold and we are going to continue to trust God, love Him and His will/purpose for our life for the scripture say “all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose Rom. 8:28”

To conclude:

No matter what you may be going through, know that God is at His throne and He is still in control. Don’t be discourage, don’t be so quick to throw in the towel, rather, trust Him in the process no matter how hard it may be, trust God. I don’t know who God is sending this message to this morning, but He want you to know that you can trust Him. Worry not, GOD GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay bless my brothers and sisters,

Louis Gregoire
